Oops, pressed send but couldn’t edit comment, I am post op 3 months.I came across you through Facebook Scoliosis community feed. It was perfect timing.I just got home from washing my dog and having breath taking muscle spasms. After muscle relaxers and sitting in massage and heating recliner finally getting relief from this incident.Anyway, your conversation with Dana really hit home to me and so blessed to have found this podcast.From the toenails, humbled and learning to give myself grace.💜
